Scott Plucinski, owner of Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating, has been serving the Lakes area for 30 years. He has his Master Plumbing licenses in both Wisconsin and Illinois. He also has a plumbing design and well installation license. He has been a member of the Lakeland builder’s organization for many years and an avid supporter of the surrounding communities. In his spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his wife Pat of 29 years!

Pat Plucinski

Pat Plucinski, went to the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, where she graduated with a degree in special education. She has been with Southern Lakes for over 20 years. She handles all the human resource needs as well as plumbing service dispatching. In her spare time she enjoys riding her quarter horses and walking her yellow lab.

Jeff Flitcroft
Plumbing Manager
Jeff Flitcroft has been with Southern Lakes Plumbing & Heating for 11 years. He is a licensed Journeyman plumber. He performs a majority of the plumbings estimates as well as scheduling the plumbing crew. When he is not here he is very busy being the Captain for the Town of Delavan Fire Department.

Kate DeLazzer

Kate Delazzer went to the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in business and communications. After college Kate worked at Ferguson Enterprises in Appleton, WI, where she specialized in plumbing sales and bathroom design & remodeling. She relocated in 2009 and became part of the Southern Lakes Plumbing team. In her spare time she likes walking her yellow lab and snowmobiling with her husband.

Tammy Neiger is currently attending Gateway Technical College pursing an associate degree in Accounting.
Tammy has been with Southern Lakes since 2000. She handles the book keeping and dispatching of all HVAC service calls. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
