Dear Scott, I just wanted to drop you a quick letter to say "thank you" to you and your staff for all your hard work. Everyone there has been a pleasure to work with so far. A few people in particular that I would like to recognize however are Ray, who has been a great help, and has had very good follow through. Tammy Neigler has done a fantastic job on helping us with our fixtures and has been very knowledgable about almost all the products. Any products that she was not familiar with, she immediately researched and got back to me within a day or so. Lastly, is your technician Ronnie, who by the way prompted this letter. A couple of weeks ago we had some problems with our new furnace, but he took the time to go through the house and close AND lock all the windows. This may seem like a small and insignificant thing to most people, but it proves to me that he was willing to take an extra step to insure the customer's satisfaction. With as many sub contractors as I have had in our house over the past nine months, things like that do not go unnoticed. Please pass an extra "thank you" along to your employees, and thanks again.
